From Poppyseed To Pumpkin - Healthy Food For Pregnancy

From Poppyseed to Pumpkin

In September I worked on a collaboration with Victoria Haschka  (food blogger and author) to launch her eBook and app called From Poppyseed to Pumpkin.

Tori came up with the great idea to develop a set of nutritious healthy recipes for pregnant women that track your week by week growing bump. She provided the inspirational recipes (did all the hard work) and I added the Nutritionists advice in the forward.

The recipes are so fabulous that November’s newsletter included the pumpkin curry recipe as a salute to Halloween and we received great feedback on how easy it was to make and delicious too.

Well the eBook (or app) is full of other recipes that are just as scrumptious, whether you are expecting a little one or not.

This app or ebook is a great Christmas present idea for those of you who know someone who may be expecting. No matter how many weeks into their journey the recipes are nutritious and can help to make what is otherwise a maze of conflicting advice easy to negotiate

Yes it is that time of year when we all think about New Year’s resolutions.

I’ve developed a program to support you that’s called Resolution New Start that looks at small changes that you can make in your life that have big outcomes in terms of your health and happiness. There are three sessions in the package – 2 hours in total

The first 5 clients that book online in January (yes you can book in December for the January appointment) using the code Resolution New Start will receive 50% of the initial consultation as my Christmas present to you. Feel free to share this offer with those that you love.
