Start your morning with a deeply relaxing Yin Yoga session, led by experienced yoga teacher Suzie Taylor. This gentle practice incorporates acupressure techniques to release tension and stimulate the Kidney and Bladder meridians.

Following the yoga session, enjoy a 30-minute acupuncture and Yoga Nidra experience. I'll be your Acupuncturist (Katika) and work my way around to each attendee on their yoga mat and use 3 acupoints to regulate your Qi. It aims to reset your brain and nervous system while you drift into a guided Yoga Nidra meditation, promoting deep relaxation and stress relief.

To complete this nurturing experience, you’ll be treated to a warming chai tea blend and nourishing bliss balls, homemade by us! — perfect for grounding and replenishing your energy for the day ahead.
