The Fertility Reset: A Retreat for Women Navigating Infertility or IVF.

When was the last time you felt supported—not just physically, but emotionally—on your fertility journey?

If you've been feeling anxious, disconnected, or exhausted by the pressure of trying to conceive, The Fertility Reset Retreat is your invitation to be surrounded by the support your need to refocus. Hosted by fertility coach Kate Walton of Mind Body Fertility, this one-day retreat is all about connection, reflection and inspiration with some incredible women and health practitioners. New Dates: 31st Aug 2025

This day is designed for Women:

  • Preparing for IVF or fertility treatment

  • Experiencing recurrent miscarriage or pregnancy loss

  • If you feel disconnected from your body or cycle

  • If you need time, space, and a gentle space to talk to our team

Expect a full day of nurturing practices from our team of local practitioners:

  • Mind-body education for empowered fertility with Kate Walton
  • Womb Hara Massage with Nat Andrew from Prepared to Birth
  • Naturopathic Guidance by Caroline Robertson
  • Gentle Pilates & Breathwork led by Corrine Vallelonga from Empower Pilates
  • Sound Healing + Acupuncture Session — a restorative Acupuncture session I’ll be offering with Elsa Vanko who will be doing the sound healing. Our aim is to balance brain, nervous system and recenter you. While you rest in a calming sound bath, I’ll apply gentle acupuncture points that support the Heart–Kidney connection and calm the mind.

Whether you’re preparing for IVF, healing after loss, or seeking clarity and calm, The Fertility Reset is a chance to realign with hope and self-trust.
